Crewfare is a travel technology company that powers group travel, lodging, and experiences for major events, brands, and organizations. Our platform is used behind the scenes by event operators, admins, and internal teams to manage complex workflows like registrations, approvals, budgeting, travel logistics, and on-site coordination.
We build ops-heavy, real-world software—not landing pages. That means designing for scale, edge cases, and speed, while still delivering clean, modern, high-quality interfaces.
Our products span everything from internal admin tools to consumer-facing booking flows, and are actively used in high-stakes, high-volume environments where reliability and clarity matter.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who loves turning complex workflows into clean, usable interfaces. This role is heavily Figma-driven and focused on shipping real product, not decks or theory.
You’ll work across both internal ops tools (think admin dashboards, approvals, logistics) and external product surfaces, partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and our VP of Brand & Marketing to design experiences that are functional, scalable, and polished.
This is a great role for someone early-to-mid in their career who wants real ownership, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time.
