You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet user needs and business goals. ## Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. * Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product design. * Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. ## Required Skills * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. * Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills. * Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. * Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders. * Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. ## Additional Information This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to join a forward-thinking company and make a significant impact on our product offerings.
