About Elements Elements is building a foundational platform to automate and connect high-stakes finance workflows. We are in advanced beta, live with early customers, and preparing for a full production launch. The product is already operating in demanding, real-world environments. This is a rare moment to join early with real traction and low execution risk. We are well funded, actively used by multiple customers, and seeing strong inbound demand as we prepare to scale.

The Opportunity We are hiring a Product Analyst to join our growing team. This fully remote role sits at the critical intersection of our customers, our product quality, and our engineering team. You will spend your time translating market needs into clear technical requirements, running client demos, and owning the quality standards that ensure our platform is production-ready for the world's most sophisticated finance teams. You will work directly with the founders and influence product execution, delivery quality, and team standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive product quality and testing workflows to ensure the platform meets demanding, real-world standards.

  • Participate directly in market and client meetings to uncover user needs, gather feedback, and conduct impactful product demos.

  • Collaborate closely with the internal engineering team to break down open-ended client needs into clear, structured technical requirements.

  • Own the functional validation of new features from advanced beta through to full production launch.

  • Act as a bridge between technical backend systems and user-facing business logic to keep engineering aligned with client expectations.

  • Help establish product management and testing best practices as the team grows.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, quality engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing role.

  • Experience with functional finance, accounting workflows, or financial systems - helping you deeply understand client pain points and domain logic.

  • Strong background in product quality, acceptance testing, and defining clear user scenarios.

  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and communicate effectively with software engineers.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable leading client meetings and running technical demos.

  • Ownership mindset with experience navigating the pace and ambiguity of zero-to-one startup environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical judgment, and attention to detail.

Why Join Elements

  • Real ownership in a category-defining product.

  • Meaningful equity as we scale the team.

  • Direct impact on how critical finance systems operate.

  • A small, experienced team focused on building the right way.
