We are looking for a Product Analyst who will play a key role in driving product and business decisions through data.

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics, helping teams understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.


Responsibilities:

Data & Analytics

  • Extract, maintain, and ensure quality of data across multiple sources
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Build dashboards and visualizations for product and business teams

Product & Marketing Analysis

  • Analyze product funnels, retention, and user behavior
  • Evaluate marketing performance (channels, campaigns, budgets, KPIs)
  • Work with metrics like CAC, LTV, attribution, cohorts

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare регулярні звіти по продукту та бізнес-метрикам
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support stakeholders with data for decision-making

Automation & Optimization

  • Automate reporting and recurring data processes
  • Improve reporting systems and data workflows
  • Increase efficiency and reduce manual operations

Cross-functional Work

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams
  • Translate business needs into analytical задачі
  • Support product development through data insights

Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner network performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate the impact of product changes before and after release
  • Monitor payment-related issues and anomalies



Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as Data / Product / Business Analyst
  • Strong ownership mindset: from request → analysis → impact
  • Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)
  • BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker / etc.)
  • Python (pandas, APIs, automation scripts)
  • Experience with DWH (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Product metrics: retention, funnels, cohorts
  • Marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, attribution
  • A/B testing and statistical evaluation
