Product Analyst
Turn data into clarity and clarity into impact.
How do you make our customers happy?
At bol, we’re building a platform that empowers millions of customers and tens of thousands of partners to find, sell, and interact with the right products — at the right time, in the right way. As a Product Analyst, you help make that possible. You do this by uncovering insights that sharpen product strategies, validating ideas through experimentation, and keeping teams focused on what drives real value — for users and for the business.
You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology, and product. Your job is to translate user behavior into clear opportunities, challenge assumptions with evidence, and enable your team to build better, faster, and smarter. Whether you're helping define OKRs, analyzing customer journeys, or measuring the impact of product changes, you're the voice of clarity in a world of complexity.
What you’ll do as a Product Analyst
You’ll be part of the Data, Analytics & AI (DAAI) department — bol’s engine for scaling data-driven decisions — while embedded in a cross-functional product team.
What you bring
Why you’ll make the difference
You care what happens after the insights are shared. You don’t just produce dashboards — you help your team think differently, move faster, and deliver smarter outcomes. You thrive in complexity and ambiguity, and you know that data only becomes valuable when it drives better decisions. You're a systems thinker, a curious investigator, and an energetic collaborator. You challenge assumptions, surface blind spots, and make the people around you better. That’s how you’ll help build the future of the bol platform.
