About The Opportunity
The Process & Strategy Analyst I provides structured analysis, documentation, and implementation support across the Chief Customer Organization. The role helps teams understand how work operates today, where breakdowns occur, and what information is needed to improve processes, systems, handoffs, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include:
Gathering information through interviews, observation, document review, system review, customer feedback, and available data. Map current-state journeys, workflows, roles, ownership, handoffs, systems, integrations, and data flows.
Organizing qualitative and quantitative evidence, test assumptions, and support root-cause analysis. Develop baseline measures, summaries, and visualizations that help teams distinguish symptoms from underlying process, system, data, policy, or ownership issues.
Translating findings into clear process documentation, business rules, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, decision records, and defined outcomes. Support future-state design and accurately maintain changes, open questions, dependencies, and approvals.
Developing and executing test scenarios, document results, support defect resolution, and help coordinate launch-readiness activities.
Contributing to communications, training materials, operating procedures, adoption tracking, and post-launch reviews.
Creating and maintaining reusable process maps, templates, playbooks, knowledge articles, inventories, and lessons learned. Identify recurring documentation, handoff, or operating gaps and recommend practical improvements to shared ways of working.
