Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare probate and trust administration documentation.
  • Assist with court filing preparation and legal paperwork.
  • Draft professional client correspondence.
  • Maintain asset tracking spreadsheets and case records.
  • Manage legal workflows and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital client files.
  • Support day-to-day legal administration.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to keep matters progressing efficiently.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience.
  • Experience as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using DocuSign.
  • Experience working with cloud-based file management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting probate or trust administration.
  • Experience using Clio.
  • Experience working with US legal teams or legal processes.
