Principal Systems Administrator

A leading defense technology company is hiring a Principal Systems Administrator. This remote temp role supports our client's digital transformation, managing their Product Lifecycle Management systems. The position involves overseeing system administration, security, integration, and user support to optimize operational efficiency. *Principal Systems Administrator* *Responsibilities:* * Deploy and manage Siemens Teamcenter solutions for engineering and manufacturing workflows. * Conduct system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure performance and security standards. * Monitor system installations, manage user access, and maintain data integrity across projects. * Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design, and implement system integrations aligned with business needs. * Provide technical troubleshooting, end-user training, and develop documentation to support system use. *Principal Systems Administrator* *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Over 5 years of experience as a Teamcenter Administrator or similar role. * At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration (certifications preferred). * Strong understanding of PLM concepts, change management, and BOM management. * Ability to analyze complex technical issues, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
