Own the direction and delivery of digital banking integrations – both integrating digital banking into other products and integrating other products into digital banking.
Define a clear vision and roadmap for these integrations and ensure consistent, high-quality execution against it.
Leverage the resources on the team to execute integration projects, providing the prioritization, clarity, and direction needed to deliver.
Balance long-term integration strategy with the day-to-day decisions required to keep delivery on track.
Think critically about strategy and surface original ideas for creating new value through deeper, bidirectional integration across Alkami’s product ecosystem.
Identify and champion opportunities to connect digital banking with the marketing solution, origination system, fraud prevention system, and other products – in both directions – in ways that differentiate Alkami for clients.
Translate the broader DSSP vision into concrete, integrated experiences that link digital banking with the rest of the portfolio.
Evaluate trade-offs and dependencies across products to ensure integrations create durable client value rather than added complexity.
Build strong relationships with the many teams that work on digital banking and the other products in scope, leading cross-team integration initiatives through influence rather than authority.
Partner closely with the other product teams in the DSSP group, as well as Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Support, to align on shared goals and execute integration initiatives.
Serve as a trusted point of coordination across the teams whose products are being integrated, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes.
Communicate integration direction, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Drive high-impact initiatives from concept through delivery, removing ambiguity and keeping teams focused on outcomes.
Make and defend prioritization and trade-off decisions based on data, client needs, and strategic alignment across the portfolio.
Anticipate and resolve cross-team dependencies, escalations, and roadmap conflicts before they impact delivery.
Define clear objectives, success metrics, and measures of impact for digital banking integration initiatives.
Develop deep expertise in digital banking and in how it integrates with the broader Alkami product portfolio to serve financial institution needs, including compliance and scalability considerations.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital banking, digital sales and service, and platform and product integration.
Partner with Technology to understand dependencies and constraints, ensuring integration direction aligns with system architecture and development roadmaps.
10+ years of product management experience, including significant experience as a senior individual contributor on large, complex products.
Experience owning the integration of a flagship or platform-scale product with other products, preferably within FinTech or banking.
Proven track record of leading cross-team initiatives through influence and delivering them end to end.
Demonstrated success identifying and executing integrations across multiple products that created differentiated customer value.
Strategic Thinking – Ability to think critically about vision and strategy and to surface original ideas for creating new value through cross-product integration.
Leadership Through Influence – Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Product Management – Digital Sales & Service Platform (DSSP). This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports.
The salary range for this position is: $188,000 - $235,000Not Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment. We have a FUN culture and offer great benefits, including remote-first environment, unlimited paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
