An ideal candidate should have

• 10+ years of professional software development experience

• Native-level Polish and excellent communication skills in English

• Expert knowledge of the Polish driving licence and driver training domain

• Experience working with government-regulated software systems

• Enterprise application modernization and desktop-to-web transformation expertise

• Expert knowledge of .NET 8/9/10, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs and Entity Framework Core

• Clean Architecture, DDD, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS and MediatR

• Expert Angular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS, Standalone Components and Web Components

• Microsoft Azure, AKS, Service Bus, Key Vault and Application Insights

• Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes

• SQL Server, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Entra ID and OWASP Top 10

• Observability solutions, testing practices and AI-assisted software delivery

• WPF, MVVM and legacy modernization experience

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience

• 5+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure

• 5+ years of Angular development experience

• 3+ years working with production AKS environments

• 3+ years working with Terraform in production environments

• 5+ years of enterprise WPF development experience

• At least one completed desktop-to-web migration project

• At least one completed Design System implementation

• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled software delivery

• Experience in the Polish driving licence and driver training domain
