We're looking for a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead our direct delivery and facilitation team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring every learning experience creates lasting customer outcomes, strengthens long-term partnerships and contributes to sustainable commercial growth.

This is more than a leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape how we deliver our solutions, develop our people and continuously evolve the value we create for customers.

You'll lead and inspire a high-performing team of Development Consultants, ensuring they deliver exceptional facilitation whilst contributing to organisational learning, product evolution and capability development through every customer interaction.

Working across delivery, product, capability and customer success, you'll help ensure every engagement creates both customer impact and organisational value, while bringing clarity, standards and accountability across internal and third-party delivery models.

What you'll do

You'll lead across four key areas:

Delivery Excellence: Lead and develop a high-performing Development Consultant team, defining facilitation standards and coaching capability across our delivery model through feedback, measurement and mentoring to ensure quality and integrity of delivery.

Commercial Capability & Customer Growth: Build commercial curiosity, identify opportunities to create greater customer value and strengthen long-term partnerships in support of our Customer Success and Sales colleagues.

Capability & Innovation: Influence the evolution of practitioner learning across all channels for the Insights portfolio, ensuring delivery experience informs product design, learning assets and future innovation.

Customer & Community Insight: Capture customer and practitioner feedback, identify emerging themes and translate insight into meaningful improvements across the organisation.

• Extensive experience as an Insights Practitioner, with credible evidence of facilitating at C-suite level
• A strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in facilitation and learning experience design
• Experience influencing across a matrix organisation
• The ability to translate insight into structured improvements
• Experience building effective ways of working across functions
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
