Performance Objectives

We are looking for an experienced interconnection/transmission planning engineer who is well versed in ISO/RTO/utility interconnection processes. We’re building powerful cloud software that automates interconnection studies end-to-end, to help renewable energy developers better manage risk and uncertainty in the queue through rigorous scenario analysis. We’re also working directly with ISOs/RTOs/utilities to accelerate their study processes with innovative software solutions – to date, more than 500 GW of projects have been studied by RTOs using our software, cutting years down to weeks. You will play a key role in bridging client success, business development, and engineering to support these efforts, including:

  • Working closely with customers and prospective customers to demonstrate our software solutions, explain results, communicate value, troubleshoot issues, and build relationships – in short, help project developers get their projects over the line!
  • Working with other members of the team to define product requirements, test features, and shape product roadmaps;
  • Prototyping/developing novel tooling – for internal and external applications – to improve our solutions and help our customers better engage with our software.

Your work will contribute directly to solving the interconnection bottlenecks that have plagued the electricity industry for years!
