The President of Solvd US provides strategic leadership for the US region, driving growth, commercial performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. This executive leads a high‑performing organization delivering customized claims solutions and plays a central role in advancing Solvd’s mission and market position.

What you’ll do: 

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute business strategy aligned with Solvd Global and Solvd US goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends across insurance, claims, and fleet services.
  • Champion innovation, technology adoption, and product evolution.
  • Partner with central product teams to enhance and expand offerings.

 
Commercial & Sales Leadership

  • Lead the US sales organization to achieve revenue targets and drive high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts nationwide.
  • Grow a disciplined, sustainable sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee sales and marketing strategies, performance reporting, and budget management.


Operational Excellence

  • Oversee operations, customer service, and support functions in partnership with the EVP of Operations.
  • Implement processes and metrics to ensure efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Ensure alignment with Solvd’s global operational standards.

 
Financial Stewardship

  • Maintain overall financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the EVP of Finance on budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation.
  • Engage with Solvd Group partners on financial planning and reporting.

 
Client and Partner Engagement

  • Build trust‑based relationships with insurers, fleet organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure delivery of tailored, customer‑centric solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Represent Solvd US at industry events, conferences, and public forums.

 
Compliance & Governance

  • Promote a culture of integrity, compliance, and ethical conduct.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of compliance controls.

 
Talent and Culture

  • Lead and develop the executive team to drive performance and engagement.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, high‑performing culture.
  • Align people strategies with business objectives.

 
What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, claims, fleet, or related sectors.
  • Proven success driving growth, innovation, and operational transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and cultivate a client‑focused culture.
  • Results‑driven mindset with strategic and tactical capability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
