Overview
Goldbelt Hawk designs, develops, and implements comprehensive solutions for problem spaces, including computer security, scalable architectures, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and network/data center operations. Specializing in local and enterprise-level incident response and forensic analysis, Hawk's personnel deliver threat analysis and reporting while implementing solutions based on mature planning and development practices.

The President oversees all aspects of business development and business operations to ensure success by achieving growth targets and budget expectations, realizing customer delivery excellence, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, mentoring staff members, and working closely with Goldbelt senior leadership to implement the vision of Goldbelt’s Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission, objectives, and to promote revenue growth, profitability, and maturity as an organization.
- Establish a business development system to identify, pursue, and win quality opportunities to expand market share and capabilities within the industry.
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering services and solutions in demand within the Federal market.
- Build a professional network of industry partners and customers to achieve business objectives using personal contacts, special events, and other methods.
- Oversee company operations to ensure delivery excellence, planned profitability, and efficient utilization of corporate resources.
- Establish and implement measurement tools to monitor and track performance to verify outcomes that are in alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine status in attaining objectives and revise methods and plans in accordance with current conditions.
- Manage direct supervisors and staff, overseeing activities to ensure smooth operations and unify interdepartmental collaboration efforts required for the successful operation of the business.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with corporate management and Government representatives within the industry.
- Evaluate performance of employees for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
- Implement and support operating procedures to maintain compliance with Industrial Security regulations.
- Promote the company to local, regional, national, and international customers.
- Present company reports at Goldbelt Board of Director meetings when required.
- Responsible for the final selection and delegation of authority to all subordinate supervisors under his/her direction; enforce corporate and legal compliance.
- Interview, hire, evaluate, discipline, and discharge subordinate supervisors and employees; direct efforts to reduce turnover and promote teamwork.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- A strong background in the Federal Acquisition and Contract Delivery Lifecycle Market is required with a demonstrated ability to speak credibly with the primary customer base.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Ten (10) years' experience in a leadership role for a large division or company.
- Ten (10) years' supervisory experience.
- Experience with the full Federal Acquisition lifecycle and demonstrated experience in winning contracts in the federal market.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Experience in full P&L responsibility.
- Experience in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.
- Ability to successfully pass a background and credit check.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government clearance at the Top-Secret level.
- A Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- Travel Requirements:
- This position requires regular travel to customer sites, project locations, and company offices as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs).
- Previous government contracting experience in emerging technology, IT modernization, and data management.
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $225,000.00 annually.
