Siding Estimator (Stucco & Masonry)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Siding Estimator with a strong background in estimating U.S.-based siding and exterior construction projects. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, material estimates, labor calculations, and bid proposals.

The Siding Estimator will work closely with project managers, sales teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop competitive bids while ensuring accuracy and profitability. This role requires the ability to read and interpret U.S. construction plans, understand various siding systems, and utilize industry-standard estimating software.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Mexico, Peru, Colombia & Dominican Republic)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor


Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Siding Estimator supporting U.S.-based construction projects
✅ Extensive experience in quantifying Stucco & Masonry is a major client requirement
✅ Proven experience estimating residential and/or commercial siding projects
✅ Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods and practices
✅ Ability to accurately interpret architectural plans, exterior elevations, specifications and construction scopes
✅ Experience preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and bid estimates
✅Proficient in estimating software such as PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
✅Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✅ Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
