The PR & KOL Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end influencer campaigns while managing relationships with creators. They also oversee content compliance, track campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize results.
Responsibilities:
KOL Campaign Strategy and Execution
Source, evaluate, and recommend KOLs aligned with campaign goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
Develop and implement end-to-end KOL campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (Digital, Copy, Art, BI, Finance, and Relationship Managers) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
KOL Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, fostering long-term collaborations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, handling outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and posting requirements.
Manage contracts, MOAs, and payment coordination with Finance and Relationship Managers.
Content Oversight and Compliance
Oversee content submission, review, and approval workflows to ensure alignment with briefs and brand standards.
Monitor live posts to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and brand non-negotiables.
Collaborate with internal teams to address creative feedback and optimize content performance.
Tracking, Reporting, and Insights
Manage the KOL Mastersheet, including influencer pools, final selections, timelines, posting trackers, budgets, and payment logs.
Collect post-campaign insights and coordinate with the BI team to generate performance reports.
Analyze campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future planning.
Collaboration and Team Support
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
Support team knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in onboarding and training junior team members as required.
Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator platforms, and industry best practices.
Understand both creator culture and brand discipline to balance creative authenticity with campaign objectives.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Proven experience managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., Klear, Meltwater) is a plus.
Ability to execute campaigns end-to-end while collaborating effectively across departments.
Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
