We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure, and external integrations, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
This is a hands-on architecture role. You will work closely with developers and technical stakeholders, providing architectural direction, reviewing technical implementations, and helping the team solve complex technical challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Design end-to-end solution architectures using Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and integrated systems.
Define technical architecture and solution designs based on business and technical requirements.
Establish architecture patterns and best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.
Design and oversee integrations between Power Platform and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and other integration technologies.
Define and maintain security architecture, including roles, permissions, access control, and data security.
Develop Power Platform environment strategies, including environment structure, governance, configuration, and separation between development, testing, and production.
Define and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies across Power Platform environments.
Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes to support reliable application delivery and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Power Platform developers.
Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementations to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
Support developers in solving complex technical and integration challenges.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and other architects throughout the solution lifecycle.
Produce and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, diagrams, and design decisions.
Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or a closely related technical role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise in Dataverse and Power Platform architecture.
Strong understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate.
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures.
Strong experience designing and implementing system integrations, APIs, and custom connectors.
Strong understanding of security architecture, identity, authentication, authorization, and data access.
Experience defining Power Platform environment strategies and governance approaches.
Strong knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and deployment strategies for Power Platform.
Experience working with Azure DevOps.
Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to developers.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and recommend pragmatic solutions.
PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Experience with React or modern frontend technologies.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Experience with Azure integration services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, or similar.
Experience establishing Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
