Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless relocation to Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in the customer support services industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within our international team.
• High level of digital literacy and aptitude for learning new internal support systems.
