The Role

As a Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator, you will:

• Review text, images, videos, and other user-generated content in Portuguese.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
• Identify and report content that violates guidelines.
• Make objective moderation decisions while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
• Work closely with an international team to maintain platform quality and user safety.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on established guidelines.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.
• Professional attitude when handling sensitive content.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, compliance, or online safety is an advantage but not required.
