Job Description

Every portfolio decision made for a partner firm either deepens their trust in Purpose or costs the next decade of that relationship. We're hiring the Portfolio Manager who owns that decision — and owns turning it into new business.

What you will do/ what you will own 

• Be the advisor's first call, not the one they escalate to when something's already wrong
• Run a proactive service cadence — scheduled portfolio reviews, quarterly business reviews with partner firms, and regular advisor check-ins
• Build personalised portfolios that reflect real empathy for the client, not templated allocations with their name on them
• Align trading, product, service and sales behind complex client opportunities — actively pulling in the right people to win and grow mandates, not just flagging that they exist
• Consistently meet and exceed your growth, retention, and KPI targets

The Human-AI Partnership

AI handles some of the routine data aggregation and reporting. You spend your time where AI can't: reading what a client actually needs, resolving the complaint that could have cost the relationship, and building the trust that keeps a partner firm from shopping the mandate elsewhere.

Qualifications: What you must bring 

• CFA or CIM designation
• 3–5 years in portfolio management, investment advisory, or wealth management, client-facing
• A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
