In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼
Edit high-quality long-form podcast episodes for various digital platforms.
Transform raw footage into polished, engaging content through seamless editing and storytelling.
Create clean, engaging edits with smooth pacing, transitions and professional audio.
Enhance videos with motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, B-roll and visual elements where appropriate.
Perform basic colour correction and audio balancing to ensure a polished final product.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand creative direction and maintain brand consistency.
Organise project files and manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
Export videos in the correct formats for different platforms.
Incorporate feedback efficiently and produce high-quality revisions.
Stay up to date with podcast editing trends, best practices and audience engagement techniques.
Skills you have 🚀
At least 5 years of experience in video editing for social media and digital content.
Strong portfolio showcasing podcast video content and storytelling capabilities.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar professional editing software.
Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics software.
Strong eye for visual storytelling, shot selection, pacing, and content flow.
Strong audio editing and synchronisation skills.
Experience adding captions, graphics and branded visual assets.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
