We are looking for a new team member in the role as

PMO Sr. Program Manager (m/f/d)- 100%

Location:  Remote, Switzerland

Type of Contract: permanent employment

Start date: asap

Travels: internationally, about 50% of the time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead large-scale programs, including New Product introduction and industrialization, transfers
• Translate business requirements into executable project and program plans.
• Aligns the program team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the enterprise project.
• Drive alignment & Accountability across cross-functional teams
• Provides guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives
• Actively Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serves as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor
• Devises creative solutions to critical customer and user needs.
• Monitor program performance through KPIs, reporting, and risk management.
• Support product launches and operational readiness activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, customers, and key stakeholders.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters Degree Preferred
• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• PMP certification Preffered, other similar Project Management Certified Training program welcome
• Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies
• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agility and proficiency to navigate across multiple Systems, MS 365 suite, Project Management Systems, ERP, PLMs etc.
• Businessfluent in English, further languages are an advantage
