PMO (SAP S/4HANA | SAP Activate)

We are looking for a PMO Resource with proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and solid knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology. This role will be responsible for ensuring governance, planning, execution tracking, and effective communication across all project phases, acting as a key enabler for successful SAP transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from preparation to go-live and hypercare.
  

• Apply and enforce SAP Activate methodology phases, deliverables, and quality gates.
  

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
  

• Coordinate activities across functional, technical, and business teams.
  

• Prepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  

• Facilitate project governance forums (steering committees, status meetings, workshops).
  

• Support cutover planning, mock runs, and go-live readiness activities.
  

• Ensure compliance with project standards, templates, and documentation practices.
  

Requisitos

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
  

• 5+ years of experience in PMO roles supporting SAP implementation projects.
  

• Demonstrated experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
  

• Strong working knowledge of SAP Activate methodology (phases, deliverables, tools).
  

• Experience managing project artifacts such as schedules, RAID logs, and financial tracking.
  

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar).
  

• Bilingual: Spanish & English (fluent) — mandatory for coordination with local and international stakeholders.
  

Nice to Have:

• SAP Activate or Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, PRINCE2).
  

• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager.
  

• Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery models.
  

• Experience in multinational or multi-country SAP programs.
