Our client, a leading global healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Source To Pay Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the Source-to-Pay (STP) workstream within a large-scale transformation program. This role will play a critical part in driving business readiness, deployment coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance activities, and operational execution across multiple program releases. Working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business leads, and cross-functional teams including Data, Testing, and Change Management, the successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination, effective schedule management, and smooth transition into the future-state STP environment while enabling business teams to focus on strategic process design and transformation objectives.

This is a contractual role for 12 months. Candidates applying for this role must be located in the EMEA or APAC region and be willing to work CET business hours.



Key Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain and manage detailed STP project plans, Jira tickets, and deliverables across multiple program releases
  • Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities within the Source-to-Pay workstream
  • Assist with Director's / Management of the Client's Source To Pay Division
  • Act as the primary coordination point for requests, deadlines, and dependencies from Data Migration, Testing, and Change Management teams
  • Support Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Workstream Leads by managing operational and administrative project activities
  • Track and manage milestones, risks, dependencies, RAID logs, and action trackers across the program
  • Prepare governance materials, steering committee updates, and regular project status reports
  • Monitor progress across STP sub-processes and proactively follow up on outstanding actions and risks
  • Coordinate business readiness activities across process, systems, people, and operational workstreams
  • Ensure deployment activities including training, testing sign-offs, cutover tasks, and go-live preparation are completed on time
  • Support deployment readiness assessments, hypercare planning, stabilization, and transition activities
  • Collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure operational readiness for upcoming system and process changes
  • Prepare and maintain project dashboards, readiness reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor deployment progress, adoption metrics, and stabilization activities post go-live
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across governance, coordination, and execution processes
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing S/4HANA transformation initiatives


Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, STP transformation, SAP/S4HANA implementations, or business readiness roles
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation or ERP implementation programs
  • Exposure to Source-to-Pay (STP), Procurement, and Procurement Operations processes
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders within matrix organizations
  • Familiarity with governance, reporting, deployment coordination, and change management activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
  • Structured and proactive approach to tracking actions, risks, dependencies, and project milestones
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving program environments
  • Advanced English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (up to 10%)
