The Role: Pleno ServiceNow Developer - HRSD/ITSM

In your daily routine, you will:

• Execute the technical implementation of HRSD, following the team's established development standards.

• Develop and maintain employee journeys and the Employee Center, ensuring system performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and security issues related to HRSD, escalating highly complex cases when necessary.

• Teamwork & Collaboration: Support Junior developers and collaborate with the broader technical team on daily challenges.

• Quality & Governance: Write clean code adhering to ServiceNow best practices and participate actively in peer code reviews.

• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve performance and technical issues effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Languages: Intermediate English (Required); Intermediate Spanish (Desirable).

• HRSD Expertise: Solid experience configuring portals and HR processes; familiarity with Performance Analytics for HR.

• Platform Fundamentals: Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features (Schedulers, Events, UI Actions, Business Rules).

• Scripting: Strong practical experience with server-side and client-side scripting, including APIs like GlideSystem and GlideRecord/GlideAggregate.

• Process Automation: Hands-on experience using Flow Designer to build and automate workflows.

• Integrations: Experience developing and maintaining inbound and outbound integrations (e.g., REST API, basic OAuth).
