We are seeking a Platform Specialist to support the end-to-end operations of a technology-driven talent marketplace. This role plays a critical part in matching talent to open roles, managing active customer engagements, and ensuring successful, long-term placements.

The Platform Specialist works closely with the Platform Manager and leadership team to understand client needs, support deal execution, and maintain high-quality service throughout the engagement lifecycle. This position also collaborates with internal teams to improve workflows, resolve operational challenges, and support automation initiatives that enhance platform efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of relevant experience in account management, staffing, recruitment coordination, or similar roles

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and workflows simultaneously

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships

  • Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environments

  • Experience working with global or remote teams

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
