Requirements
3–4+ years of relevant experience in account management, staffing, recruitment coordination, or similar roles
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple customers, priorities, and workflows simultaneously
Strong customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships
Comfort working in fast-moving, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environments
Experience working with global or remote teams
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
