Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Platform Product Manager to our team!
The Platform Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of Navitus' claims adjudication platform and the connected enterprise platform capabilities that support PBM products and solutions. The portfolio includes claims processing, data and analytics, integration and APIs, clinical enablement, automation, and client-facing platform capabilities. This role turns claims adjudication platform capabilities into a cohesive, productized business portfolio through a two-in-a-box model that tightly connects business strategy, commercialization priorities, and technology delivery.
The Platform Product Manager establishes clear business ownership and decision rights, prioritizes investments based on customer, market, and enterprise value, and ensures platform capabilities are positioned, adopted, and scaled across products, clients, and business units. Operating across product, operations, clinical, data, market strategy, sales enablement, and client-facing teams, the position leads a product-centered platform operating model. The role translates claims adjudication platform capabilities into market-ready solutions, client value, adoption plans, sales support, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?

- Align executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders on platform priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Represent claims adjudication platform product strategy in enterprise portfolio, investment, commercialization, sales enablement, and client readiness forums.
- Define and maintain a multi-year claims adjudication platform strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise product strategy, market needs, client value, operational requirements, and commercialization priorities.

- Define platform capabilities as modular, reusable components that support multiple products, clients, channels, and business units.
- Identify fragmentation, duplication, capability gaps, and legacy constraints, then establish plans to consolidate, modernize, replace, or retire capabilities.
- Own business decisions for platform launch sequencing, adoption, enhancement priorities, market positioning, and lifecycle planning in partnership with accountable technology and operational leaders.
- Maintain a transparent portfolio view of dependencies, risks, investment needs, and expected business impact.
- Lead continuous discovery with clients, prospects, partners, product teams, engineering teams, operations, and other platform users to understand needs, pain points, and emerging opportunities.
- Translate enterprise and product needs into claims adjudication platform capabilities, product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Prioritize work using customer value, business outcomes, risk reduction, platform reuse, delivery effort, reliability, and strategic fit.
- Create effective feedback loops from production performance, users, clients, operations, and delivery teams to guide ongoing improvement.
- Establish a consistent platform governance model for intake, evaluation, prioritization, investment, delivery, adoption, and lifecycle decisions.
- Ensure platform roadmaps account for healthcare regulation, privacy, client commitments, market expectations, operational readiness, and commercialization requirements.
