Job Summary:
Strong emphasis on data collection and analysis and reporting. While the day to day job responsibilities vary by individual analyst, the team is responsible for providing analytics and research related to strategic planning, business development and deployment of strategic goals for Froedtert Health, its entities and clinical programs. With oversight from the department leader, the Planning & Measurement Analyst conducts research, maintains databases, and manages organizational scorecards, dashboards and other reports as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Three years of relevant work experience is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Proficiency in MS Office applications with high level of knowledge in Excel.
Strong written, oral communication and proofreading skills.
Works well in team environment and has the ability to manage multiple projects.
Self-starter with strong problem solving skills.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health
Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $24.83 - $42.46. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
