PIM | Akeneo I VC

This is a remote position.

• Own day-to-day catalog management within Akeneo PIM, including products, product models, variants, categories, attributes, and reference entities
  
• Serve as the primary PIM subject matter expert, independently triaging and resolving catalog, data, and user issues.
  
• Create data profiling reports and views, and perform root cause analysis to improve data quality and catalog health.
  
• Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable PIM solutions.
  
• Partner closely with merchandising, site merchandising, eCommerce, and engineering teams to support catalog readiness and site launches.
  
• Support Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) integrations and ensure accurate product data syndication.
  
• Independently manage business stakeholders, provide timely responses, and drive issues to resolution with minimal oversight.
  
• Provide day-to-day operational support to business users across Australia, South Korea, Japan, and Europe; effectively manage working hours to maximize overlap across regions, ensuring timely responses, issue triage, and proactive communication.
  
• Demonstrate strong ownership, provide clear recommendations, and lead initiatives independently with a well-informed point of view.
