Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)
Licensed and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
Preferred Job Requirements:
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Managed care customer service experience
Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills required including ability to learn various data base software applications as needed.
Drug information skills
Handle multiple tasks and strong organizational skills including capacity to understand complex oral and written directions as well as technical information.
Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail that exhibits a positive attitude and embraces and adapts to change.
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
Flexible and able to adapt to change.
Work Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST or 7 AM to 4 PM CST.
Must be able and willing to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST or 7 AM to 4 PM CST.
Phone Queue Position (Inbound Calls).

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
