Salary: Up to $105,000yr. Commensurate with experience.

 
Work Location and Schedule:

  • This position is fully remote. 

 

Required Qualifications – Must Have:

  • MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • MUST have 8+ years of relevant professional experience. 
  • MUST be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal. Public Trust background clearance. 
  • MUST have experience with Federal Human Resources, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or HR consulting initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts.
  • Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes.
  • Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients. 
  • Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working with the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs.
