Performance & Operations Specialist – Retention | Remote Portugal

This is a remote position.

Are you analytical, proactive, and passionate about improving operational performance?

We are looking for a Performance & Operations Specialist to join a Retention team in Portugal. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, supporting performance management, analysing KPIs and helping turn operational data into concrete actions and improvements.

This is a permanent, fully remote position in Portugal, with an ASAP start.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyse operational performance, productivity, quality and sales KPIs
  
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  
• Prepare reports, dashboards and business insights
  
• Support the Operations Manager with performance monitoring and KPI tracking
  
• Follow up on action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Conduct root-cause analysis and support corrective actions
  
• Support forecasting, target tracking and performance reviews
  
• Work with different internal stakeholders to improve operational performance and customer outcomes
  

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Operations, Performance Management, Business Analysis or Process Improvement
  
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting and operational data
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
  
• Good communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retention or Contact Centre environments is a strong advantage
  
• Fluent English
  
• French is strongly preferred
  
• German is a plus
  

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: €1,500/month x 14

Plus:

• Target bonus: up to €300/month
  
• Meal allowance: €10.20/day (approx. €224/month)
  
• Language allowance: €250/month for English + French
  
• Flex Work allowance: €60/month
  

Base annual salary: €21,000 + bonuses and allowances.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, with schedules between 07:00 and 18:00.
