About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition channels end-to-end. You will manage strategy, run high-velocity creative testing, and scale budgets across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You are a data-driven growth marketer who lives in Ads Manager daily, thinks relentlessly about CPC, CPL, and ROAS, and brings a builder's mindset to an accelerating growth program.
What You'll Do
Paid Media Ownership: Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will own budgets, bidding strategies, and full-funnel targeting, including audience segmentation and retargeting.
Strategy & OKRs: Help define, track, and own performance marketing OKRs that align with our overall business growth and revenue targets.
Creative Testing: Partner with our Creative Strategist and design team to test high-velocity ad creatives. Turn data into clear, actionable briefs for new assets.
Campaign & Funnel Optimization: Monitor CPC, CPL, ROAS, and hook rates daily to aggressively kill underperforming creatives and scale winners. Look beyond the click to optimize landing pages and signup funnels, reducing user drop-offs.
Performance Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track critical growth metrics. You will deliver regular daily and weekly performance updates and attribution insights directly to leadership team.
Systems & Automation: Build automated workflows and alerts using tools like Revealbot or AI features to optimize campaign health.
Channel Expansion: Identify, test, and build repeatable playbooks for emerging paid channels to diversify our acquisition mix.
What You'll Bring
Paid Media Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience profitably managing $50k+ in monthly paid ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Analytical Fluency: Exceptional data skills with a proven track record of hitting strict CAC and ROAS targets. You understand unit economics (like LTV:CAC ratios) and work with clean attribution frameworks like Meta Pixel or Conversions API.
Creative Judgment: Strong instincts for user psychology paired with experience evaluating, iterating on, and directing high-performing ad creative.
High Ownership: A proactive operator who handles the entire execution pipeline with absolute autonomy, moving from briefs to daily optimizations. You are comfortable figuring things out as you go and building processes from scratch.
Bonus Points
Passionate about, or have a background in, fitness or wellness.
Experience in B2B SaaS, mobile apps, or marketplace businesses.
Familiarity with tracking and scaling tools like Cometly, Revealbot, Motion App, or Foreplay.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up asset testing, reporting, or campaign workflows.
