Role Overview-

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate / Executive who has hands-on experience managing D2C e-commerce growth campaigns, particularly across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate understands performance marketing beyond campaign execution, someone who can think strategically, analyze data deeply, manage multiple client accounts, and contribute actively toward driving revenue growth for brands.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment while taking ownership of campaign performance end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other digital platforms

  • Manage paid campaigns focused on D2C e-commerce sales growth (brand website conversions)

  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Shopify, and attribution tools

  • Build campaign strategies, media plans, and budget allocation frameworks

  • Monitor campaign performance closely and prepare regular performance reports for clients

  • Independently manage day-to-day client communication and lead weekly/monthly client review meetings

  • Collaborate with the creative team by sharing campaign insights, creative recommendations, and monthly creative requirements

  • Track performance trends, identify optimization opportunities, and improve ROAS across campaigns

  • Support experimentation through A/B testing, audience testing, funnel improvements, and conversion optimization

  • Contribute to broader growth strategy discussions for client accounts



Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C / E-commerce brands

  • Strong working experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)

  • Prior experience working with agencies managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Proven track record of handling e-commerce performance campaigns across small to mid-scale budgets

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, attribution setup, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement

  • Working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce website analytics

  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make optimization decisions independently

  • Good understanding of creative strategy and ability to provide creative direction based on campaign performance

  • Experience with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or marketplace marketing is a plus

  • Experience running lead generation campaigns is an added advantage

  • Strong communication skills with confidence in handling client conversations independently

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong comfort working with numbers and performance data

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must have their own laptop and stable work-from-home setup
