The Performance Trainer (DPH) owns onboarding and technical skill development for Level 1 campaign execution roles supporting Paid Media, SEO, and Organic Social.


This includes:

● Paid Media Coordinators
● SEO Coordinators
● Social Media Coordinators

Currently, technical training resides within each functional department. This role will partner directly with Paid Media, SEO, and Organic leadership to learn platform standards, extract best practices, and transition training into a centralized, structured curriculum within the Support Center.

This role partners closely with the Director of Support, Support Managers, L&D Manager, and Performance leadership to protect campaign execution quality while enabling rapid scale. This role directly strengthens Digible’s performance pillar by improving technical readiness,
platform mastery, and execution accuracy.

What You’ll Do:

Training Transition & Standardization
● Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Organic leaders to document current ramp practices
● Extract best practices and tribal knowledge from existing Training Hub documentation and organize them into a structured training curriculum
● Partner with Support Managers & Operations to maintain SOPs that underpin training curriculum
● Build standardized ramp and certification checkpoints
● Transition training ownership into the Support Center

Platform & Execution Enablement

● Train on Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, GSC, and organic social workflows
● Develop platform certifications prior to production access
● Reduce campaign execution error rates
● Improve Quality Assurance accuracy
● Standardize tagging, tracking, audits, and launch readiness

Partnership & Curriculum Development

● Partner with Director of Support on workforce ramp planning
● Partner with Support Managers to monitor execution quality trends
● Maintain and update training materials as tools, platforms, and workflows evolve; proactively flag tooling changes that impact execution standards
● Partner with the L&D Manager to align curriculum under Digible University
● Build structured career progression pathways from Coordinator to Strategist

How Success Will Be Measured:

● Reduced time-to-ramp for Performance Level 1 hires
● Reduction in campaign execution error rates
● Improved SLA adherence
● Reduced execution burden on Strategists & Analysts across Paid, SEO, and Organic
● Increased readiness for promotion to Level 2 and Strategist roles

Profile Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency operations, or execution leadership
  • 2+ years of training, enablement, mentoring, or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows across Paid, SEO, Organic, Client Services, and Onboarding
  • Experience building or formalizing structured training programs
  • Comfort presenting in group training environments
  • Strong documentation and process design skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, Salesforce, TaskRay, Ahrefs, etc. preferred
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
