AI Summary

You will manage a portfolio of US grid-scale BESS customers, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure asset health and business value. Additionally, you will interpret predictive analytics to provide actionable recommendations and bridge communication between US customers and European engineering teams.

ABOUT US

Batteries are a key element of our clean energy and mobility future. ACCURE makes batteries safe, reliable, and sustainable through the power of the cloud. Using our highly scalable monitoring and optimization platform, we drastically improve the performance of batteries in grid storage systems around the world.
Our mission: Safe, efficient, and sustainable batteries for a clean energy future.

To do this, we need passionate builders and storytellers. At ACCURE, people with diverse backgrounds work together on our common vision of a clean energy future. We value passion and humbleness and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our fast-growing international team.

Your Role

  • Own your customer portfolio: Be the single point of contact for several US grid-scale BESS customers at once. You own each relationship end to end and are accountable for customer health and the value they get from ACCURE.
  • Think like an asset manager: Understand each customer’s business case, including availability, warranty and LTSA claims, augmentation and revenue. Make sure our insights improve those numbers.
  • Turn insight into action: Interpret results from our Predictive Battery Analytics Platform, decide what matters, and turn findings into clear recommendations that shape customers’ operating decisions.
  • Bridge the US and Europe: Act as the main interface between US customers and ACCURE’s European Performance Engineering, analytics and engineering teams. Bring customer priorities into the team, coordinate across time zones, and make sure US customers get fast, well-founded answers.
  • Shape the roadmap: Feed what you learn in the field back to product and engineering.

Your Skills

  • BESS industry experience: 3+ years in the BESS or energy storage industry, ideally in asset management (owner, IPP, asset manager or O&M). You know how a storage portfolio is operated and how it earns money.
  • Customer ownership: 2+ years managing several customer accounts in parallel as the accountable relationship owner, in technical account management, customer success, consulting or a similar role.
  • Project management: You run several customer projects in parallel, such as onboardings, investigations and deliverables, keeping scope, timelines and stakeholders on track from start to finish.
  • Battery expertise: A solid understanding of lithium-ion behavior, degradation and safety in grid storage.
  • Analytical and diagnostic: You can interpret analytics, dig into complex technical problems, explain root causes clearly and link them to business outcomes.
  • International collaboration: Experience working with remote or international teams. You’re comfortable representing the customer internally and aligning across time zones.
  • Communication: You present confidently in English to operators and executives alike.
  • Location: You’re based in the US (West Coast or Central preferred) and have a valid work permit.

Our Offer

  • Impact: Significant impact on product direction at a pivotal stage in the company's commercial model.
  • Work-life balance: Trust-based, flexible working hours and generous paid time off.
  • Compensation: Performance-based compensation plan (range depending on experience level).
  • Remote or office based: Work remotely from anywhere in the US, ideally West Coast or Central time zones.
  • Company events: Two 5-day company onsites per year.
  • Green future: A job that shapes the future and turns our planet greener one battery at a time.
