We are currently seeking a People Operations Shared Service Specialist to join our vibrant People Operations team.

The People Operations Shared Service Specialist is involved in various aspects of the People Operations administration and coordination. You will work with the People Operations team to deliver People & Culture administrative and operational services to the employees and managers from both hotels and offices.
You will mainly be supporting the Northern European countries, so we are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Icelandic (preferably native level), combined with conversational proficiency in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish, as well as strong English communication skills.
We are flexible on where this position can be based, but preferable locations would be Reykjavik, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Madrid.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
Suitable candidates will be called forward for interviews throughout the entire recruitment process.
Type of employment: Full-time. Temporary position, ideally starting as soon as possible and running until end of December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Location: We are flexible on the location of this position, but preferable locations would be Reykjavik, Oslo, or Copenhagen.
