Software Developers — Systems Software (Associate / Senior / SME)
Computer Systems Analysts (Associate / Senior / SME)
Computer Systems Engineers / Architects (Associate / Senior / SME)
Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) / DevOps Engineers — AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or SysOps Administrator desired; Security+ desired
Database Administrators (Associate / Senior / SME) — AWS Certified Database – Specialty desired; Sybase ASE and/or AWS RDS/Aurora experience required
Database Architects (Junior / Senior)
Software QA Engineers and Testers (Associate / Senior / SME) — ISTQB certification desired; Section 508 testing experience required
IAM / Identity Engineers (Okta / FAS ID) — Okta Certified Administrator or Professional required; federal PKI/PIV/CAC experience required
Information Assurance / Cybersecurity Engineers — Security+ (DoD 8570 IAT II) required; CISSP or CAP desired; NIST RMF/FedRAMP/cATO experience required
UX / Human-Centered Design (HCD) Designers
Scrum Masters (Team-Level) — CSM or PSM required; SAFe desired
Technical Writers / Documentation Specialists — Section 508 familiarity
Tier 2/3 Application Support Specialists — ITIL Foundation desired; ServiceNow or other ITSM tool experience required
