Description

Pediatrician – Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (Bedford and Spencer, IN). Requires MD/DO or equivalent, Pediatrics Residency, BE/BC in Pediatrics, eligibility for IN medical license, and active & unrestricted DEA license. May permit telehealth.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited medical school
Completion of accredited Residency Program
Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics
License or eligible for licensure in Indiana
Active and unrestricted DEA license
