Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and support the timely preparation of pay slips, government remittances, and payroll reports.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure all necessary changes (new hires, terminations, raises) are accurately reflected in payroll.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and guidelines to maintain compliance.
- Work closely with the payroll team to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable with government contributions and taxes
- 1–3 years experience in payroll or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and a numbers-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
