Role: Patient Experience Coordinator 


Mission 


We foster empathy, effectively communicate, and continuously improve to enhance care quality and expand our reach so that our sales team members have more time to prospect and impact a greater number of patients.

Additional requirements include:  


  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)  
     
  • Credentialed healthcare provider and/or have experience in orthopedic care.

At Right Coast Medical, we believe rest, flexibility, and personal well-being matter. Eligible full-time team members who have completed their 90 day probationary period currently receive: 


  • 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, accrued throughout the year
