Patent Associate/Agent or Technical Specialist #22243 Silicon Valley

REQUIREMENTS

- Possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related physical science or engineering discipline;
- Have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with the ability to hit the ground running on a growing, fast-paced docket;
- Have experience in at least the aforementioned wireless communications, software, and medical device technologies;
- Provide writing samples reflecting excellent writing skills;
- Exhibit professionalism/good communication skills with demanding clients, exercise attention to detail, and balance various client responsibilities;
- Have the ability to work effectively with other team members;
- Prior work experience in a law firm strongly preferred.

Must have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in wireless communications (including 5G/6G connectivity and WLAN/Wi-Fi®), as well as software and machine learning/artificial intelligence technologies. Experience with medical device technologies (device and software), gaming technologies and smart data capture is a plus.
