Parts Sales Specialist

Job Summary

An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling parts to either consumers or other businesses.

This is a commission-based parts sales position and has great opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities  

• Help customers in obtaining all necessary parts to keep their trucks on the road with Elite Service
• Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts
• Answers phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
• Ability to pull and fill orders from stock
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
• Follow processes to ensure payment of orders
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• Other duties and tasks, as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales Experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Must be able to use multiple computer systems within Windows
• If remote, high-speed internet required (100mbps+)
