Ninjon is looking for a freelance part-time Partnership Marketing Coordinator to work on The Deck of Many Colors alongside the team and project partners at Ziggurat XYZ. 

Ninjon is based in North America and Ziggurat is in the UK. This is a remote role (Global), but you’d need the ability to have contact with Ninjon and Ziggurat during your working hours. Not all of the time, but for occasional calls and collaborative work. 

This is a paid opportunity. Rates will vary on experience and scope, you can expect to negotiate between £20p/h - £40p/h on this 0 hour freelance contract. We expect the role to require up to 12 hours per week.
 

For the avoidance of doubt; you will be operating as a freelancer through Ziggurat XYZ, collaborating with their creative team on Ninjon and The Deck of Many Colors, you will not be contracted directly by Ninjon.
 

The Opportunity 

This is a supporting, but hands-on coordinator role in which you will collaborate with the existing team and execute ideas that are agreed upon. However, that isn't to say you won't have creative freedom to ideate too. Your voice will actively contribute to our strategy and ideation - you won’t just be executing a pre-made checklist.

You do not need to be deeply familiar with the miniature painting hobby to apply, though any awareness or knowledge of Ninjon, his channel, and relevant commercial activities would be a benefit, but not essential.

It is far more important to us that you are adaptable, creative, familiar with the creator economy, and enthusiastic about building and maintaining communities. You may have some experience in understanding new markets and customer bases. You might even be a person who is entrenched in your own nerdy subculture of an adjacent niche or hobby! This will only benefit you in this role. 
 

What You’ll Be Doing

You will  bring your own ideas to the table and execute marketing initiatives;  including, but not limited to (some ideas we’re already considering): 

• Ideation. Collaborating on fresh ideas to drive engagement, such as limited-edition product launches and potential range spin-offs.
• Affiliate Strategy. Helping build and manage affiliate schemes that empower creators to market the product organically.
• Community & Platform Engagement. Exploring and running campaigns on existing underutilised text-based platforms (e.g., managing Discord competitions and community incentives).
• PR. Supporting traditional PR efforts to boost visibility for Ninjon, the website and The Deck of Many Colors.
