Join SAP Fioneer's senior strategy team and help determine where SAP Fioneer - and the Financial Services industry - go next.

Working directly with SAP Fioneer's Executive Leadership Team and senior executives from the world's leading banks and insurers, you will shape strategic priorities, drive industry-defining innovation, and influence decisions that create lasting impact across markets and clients.

Your Mandate 

• Partner with SAP Fioneer's Executive Leadership Team and C-level leaders across the Financial Services industry
• Shape the strategic agenda, growth ambitions, and long-term market positioning of SAP Fioneer
• Create new growth platforms, business models, and industry-defining opportunities
• Drive strategic decisions and initiatives that determine where SAP Fioneer and the industry go next  

Requirements

Who You Are 

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting
• Proven track record of advising senior executives and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
• Deep expertise in Banking, Insurance, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services transformation
• Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and executive communication skills
• Master's degree and fluency in English and German
