We're looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to own and grow our partner ecosystem. This is a newly created role, designed to support our existing partnerships function both strategic and hands on knowledge.
You'll work closely with our partnerships, sales, and product teams to build co-marketing programmes, enable partners, and drive pipeline through the channel through new partner acquisition & cross-sell opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-moving SaaS environment and love building things from scratch, this could be the role for you.
Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
Build and manage co-marketing programmes with technology, reseller, and agency partners
Create partner-facing collateral, playbooks, and enablement materials
Plan and coordinate campaigns, webinars, events, and content initiatives with key partners
Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and marketing attribution
Own CloudM’s partner portal and communications cadence to keep partners engaged and informed
Collaborate with the Growth team to amplify partner-led campaigns
Identify and onboard new partners with strong co-marketing potential
3-5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on partner or channel marketing
Proven track record of building and scaling partner programmes
Project management skills - you can manage multiple partners and campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Comfortable working autonomously in a lean team environment
Experience across multiple regions or markets

Remote-based role. However, within commutable distance to Varna would be desirable for the odd team-building activity / meeting.
