Job description:
Amenity Housekeeping provides residential cleaning for luxury apartments. We are a hypergrowth company looking to hire a part-time Partner Care Agent to support our company's rapid growth. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to work from home in a fast paced start up environment where you will play an integral part of our success.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO and current team members to provide operational and customer service support to our expanding client base
- Communicate regularly via phone and email to build relationships with existing clients and support teams
- Successfully reach pre-established targets for scheduling partner events
- Update CRM with individual partner information
- Willingness to be responsive during "off peak" hours, which may include being on call from 5pm-7pm.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned and as the position evolves
- Train and manage Brand Ambassadors as they Host events at Partnered buildings
Key Requirements
- The ability to multi task, meet deadlines and goals
- The ability to work independently and come up with solutions proactively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience with CRM's
- Works well in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Likes the idea of rolling up your sleeves and contributing whenever possible.

Salary: $15 per hour, average pay with bonuses and overrides $25-$30 per hour
