We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (Spanish/Russian speaking) to join or Content Department.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Onboard new hosts
    - Manage incoming applications and ensure smooth onboarding of new content creators
    - Guide hosts through platform setup and best practices to ensure fast activation
  • Identify and scale acquisition channels
    - Research and test new sources for attracting hosts
    - Launch and optimize acquisition initiatives together with partners
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships
    - Build strong relationships with existing partners
    - Support partners in scaling their teams and improving content quality
  • Analyze performance & drive growth
    - Monitor partner and host performance (conversion, revenue, engagement)
    - Generate hypotheses and implement actions to improve key metrics
    - Take ownership of performance improvements and results
  • Lead promo initiatives
    - Initiate and calculate promo mechanics (bonuses, contests, incentives)
    - Evaluate effectiveness and iterate based on data

We expect from you:

  • English B2+, Russian C1+, Spanish B2+
  • Experience in content / affiliate / partnerships / creator management (1+ year)
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to work with data, track metrics, identify growth opportunities)
  • Experience working with Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, data analysis)
  • Understanding of performance metrics (conversion, revenue, retention, engagement)
  • Experience in onboarding and managing creators or partners
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / user acquisition"
  • Strong communication skills (ability to build and maintain partner relationships)
  • Proactive mindset – ability to take initiative and drive results independently
  • Ownership – takes responsibility for performance and outcomes
  • Problem-solving skills – able to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Adaptability – comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail while managing multiple partners and tasks

Nice to have:

  • Experience in SMM / paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ability to create creatives (Canva, Figma, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics
  • Experience working with affiliate or creator-based platforms
