Our client, a specialized team of FileMaker development experts in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking a highly organized
Part-Time Project Manager to support ongoing enterprise projects. This role will work closely with their delivery team, client stakeholders, and project leads to ensure project timelines, dependencies, and client commitments are actively managed.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up on outstanding client deliverables, maintaining project plans, and identifying schedule risks before they impact project delivery.
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time contract
Work Schedule: 4-6 hours per week. Mandatory attendance at weekly client status meeting every Wednesday, 11 AM - 12 PM
Location: Remote, following Pacific Time
What You'll Do:Project Coordination
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and task trackers
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Ensure project documentation remains current and organized
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, blockers, and delays
Client Deliverable Management
- Track client-owned action items and required deliverables
- Proactively follow up with client stakeholders regarding outstanding items
- Escalate risks when client delays may impact project timelines
- Communicate schedule impacts and revised delivery dates when dependencies are not met
Meeting Facilitation & Communication
- Attend weekly client status meetings
- Prepare project updates, action items, and follow-up notes
- Coordinate communication between Neo Code team members and client stakeholders
- Ensure accountability for assigned action items
- Maintain project information within Trello, Freshdesk, and internal Wiki / Knowledge Base
Requirements
- Previous Technical Project Manager experience
- Experience with FileMaker development is a big plus
- Experience working with government, utilities, or enterprise clients
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Experience maintaining project plans and tracking deliverables
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience using: Trello, Freshdesk, Wiki / knowledge management platforms
Success Measures: The successful candidate will:
- Keep project plans current and accurate
- Ensure client deliverables are actively tracked and followed up
- Identify schedule risks early
- Maintain clear communication with both Neo Code and client stakeholders
- Help projects stay on track through proactive coordination and accountability
