“Wow! [Your Name Here] is the best Project Manager we’ve ever seen!”
How do you know if this is your dream work and if Fertility Bridge is your dream client? If you think you can achieve these outcomes, this just might be the place for you:
Workflows for all projects (e.g., tasks, milestones, approvals, due dates etc.) are reviewed for accuracy, updated, documented, and continuously improved, in your scope of operations. Optimized so that projects can begin in advance of default start dates and be completed in advance of default due dates. Unnecessary work is eliminated, and solutions are standardized so the same problems are solved the same way every time. Victory not declared until every box is checked, and nothing is waiting on a follow-up.
All costs are accounted for and within budget. The costs of direct reports, journalists, and other resources are estimated, recorded, and actively managed to maximize quality within budget constraints.
Team of up to 3 coordinators, 4 writers and an 1 editor, managed and held accountable to Yes on Get, Want, and Have the Capacity to achieve outcomes of their seats. All plus or plus minus on values in People Analyzer. All follow company-wide requirements. 2 trained reserves maintained for every delivery seat. Shows the team what excellence looks like and expects it consistently.
Fully accountable for one or more project management seats and is cross-trained in all project management seats. These may include client onboarding, digest delivery, podcast delivery, data intelligence, traffic, process documentation.
Accountable for outcomes in a way that supports client retention. Annual client renewal rate or annual net retained revenue >75%. IVF Heroes Universe sponsor renewal rate >80%. 75% of clients continue through and renew or upgrade after 12 months. Average customer satisfaction score of 9/10 or 4.5/5. Every open item, pending approval, unclear handoff, or unanswered question gets followed up without being asked. If something is due, know its status before anyone else has to ask.
What we think we have for you to achieve your outcome(s):

The Outcome Hub resources and training
What we don’t have (YET!) for you to achieve your outcome(s):
The project management system has been broken. Fully functional and accurate Asana project templates. Task descriptions and default due dates are still inaccurate. You are needed to help improve this process because you are accountable for the results. We need you to help update processes and make sure they are accurate
Consequences and contingencies for missed deadlines, especially client deadlines, have not been utilized. These need to be operationalized. We need your help to operationalize them
No organized training system. We have SOPs, work instructions and Loom videos, but our onboarding process has wide gaps and we lack formal training. By looking at your seat outcomes, you need to help us see what is missing.
No formal training for Asana as a software
Writers and journalists have never been onboarded, trained, or given much of an SOP or instructions. This is one of the areas that you are going to have to help standardize and implement in order to achieve your outcomes
No current seat outcomes for coordinators. Overseas contractors have been trained on different tasks, but they have never taken ownership of a seat. You will have to make those seat outcomes, instructions and training and hold them accountable and provide resources
You cannot assume that the contractors can be accountable for, or even fully understand, any of the current tasks just because they have worked on them in the past.
In fact, it’s almost certainly the case that many of them will not be Yes on GWC of their outcomes, or a + on extreme ownership and you will need to replace them
No full time coordinators, most personnel are independent contractors on a part-time basis. Some contractors are from overseas, and are effective only with very clear instruction, and close oversight. You are accountable for their work. Training them and confirming the quality of their work is part of your outcomes.
No master content calendar
No editor. Currently the editor seat has been occupied with the company owner.
Your help will be needed to transition that editor work to (an)other seat(s).
Neither the editor nor the company owner can be the project manager of the News Digest, you have to take that away.
You cannot assume that the editor has been trained on or made a part of the process.
Many Looms don’t exist yet are not updated
Everyone who works with or for Fertility Bridge does business in these ways

Must be on brand with Fertility Bridge and Inside Reproductive Health brand guidelines
Employee or contractor must specify exactly what is required to achieve outcome
Must be accountable in Asana

Sound interesting? Great!
We’re looking for someone who can not only meet the Outcomes above but also someone who has a background in project management with a strong emphasis on ownership and not just "checking boxes". Experience with Asana is beneficial but not required.
